The 2016 Toyota Tacoma in Arlington is available in two body styles: extended Access Cab and Double Cab, as well as five well-equipped trim levels. The base Tacoma SR model starts things off with 16-inch steel wheels, a 6.1-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, a six-speaker sound system, voice controls, a cargo bed rail system, a rearview camera and a GoPro windshield mount.
The next-level SR5 trim comes with remote keyless entry, foglights, chrome exterior accents, cruise control, satellite radio, variable intermittent wipers and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with phone and audio controls. The mid-level TRD Sport model adds LED daytime running lights and a wireless phone charger to the pickup, as well as sport-tuned shock absorbers, keyless ignition and an auto-dimming rearview mirror.
The TRD Off-Road trim is a favorite option of several 2016 Toyota Tacoma reviews, thanks to its terrific off-road features, such as Bilstein shock absorbers, special 16-inch alloy wheels, electronic locking rear differential and a Crawl Control system. Finally, the Tacoma Limited gets the most luxury amenities, including leather upholstery, a JBL stereo system, unique exterior and interior trim, and 18-inch wheels.
Power-wise, the 2016 Toyota Tacoma in Arlington comes with two terrific engine options: a 2.7-liter four and a 3.5-liter V6. For those who want the most power, several reviews recommend choosing the new V6, which lets drivers tow over 6,000 pounds when properly equipped.
