SpacePark 360: Infinity is a one-of-a-kind attraction currently open at UT Arlington's Planetarium. The annual Arlington 4th of July Parade is scheduled to be held once again this year in Downtown Arlington. Now in its 50th year, the Parade, which garners anywhere from 5,000 to 70,000 spectators annually, will take place on Saturday, July 4 at 9 a.m. sharp. Fun for all ages, this signature Arlington event will showcase an array of colorful, artistic floats, marching bands, military color guards and so much more!

Just a mere month ago, the Arlington community suffered the loss of one of our own, Martin High School senior Carl Wilson, who was tragically gunned down outside of a car wash near the 6600 block of Treepoint Drive in Kennedale. The news left everyone shocked and many wondering why this well-liked, hard-working young man would be the target for such a heinous crime.

The 2015 Texas Rangers Fan Fest is happening on Saturday, Jan 24 at Globe Life Park in Arlington. An event like no other, Fan Fest gives attendees the chance to mingle with some of their favorite current and former Texas Rangers players, and participate in a variety of fun activities.
