2020 Corolla Trims & Features

There are six versions of the 2020 Toyota Corolla, including a gasoline-electric hybrid. The base level of the Corolla comes standard with a seven-inch infotainment display screen that has Amazon Alexa, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and more. On the higher trims, you have the option of upgrading to an eight-inch infotainment system and a more powerful sound system with eight speakers and a subwoofer. Although the Corolla's traditional 16-inch wheels are still standard on some trim levels, the upper-level trims come with larger 18-inch wheels. The Corolla is available in a hybrid version for the first time in the 2020 model year, and you now have the option for a more powerful gasoline engine. Each trim level gets a distinguished appearance with unique LED lights, and brighter adaptive headlights are available. LED lights are standard across the board, although the precise style varies based on the trim level. The two sportiest trims, which are the XSE and the SE, also get a unique look with the addition of a bolder fascia, stabilizing fins, and a sleek chin spoiler. These same two trims also get side mirrors with integrated LED lights and smoke-colored lenses covering their taillights.

The second gasoline engine, which is new for the 2020 model year, is a 2.0L four-cylinder engine that generates a maximum of 169 HP. The third engine is exclusive to the hybrid. The hybrid's gasoline engine creates a maximum of 121 HP. Its electric motor produces 71 HP. When using both engines, the hybrid has a combined power output of 105 HP, and its fuel economy averages 20 MPG more than the Corolla versions that run on regular gasoline. With all engines, you have a choice between a six-speed manual transmission and an automatic transmission. The 2020 Toyota Corolla rides on a new platform this year and it has a longer wheelbase.
